Our Staff

Pastor Connor Michael Ladd Connor was licensed into the ministry,September 8, 2019, at his home church, Columbia City Church of the Brethren in Columbia City, Indiana. Connor will graduate from Bethany Theological Seminary, May 10, 2025, with a Masters of Divinity degree. As a student, Connor completed internships at three different congregations. The internships were course related at the seminary. He has served as part-time Interim Pastor for Bethel Center Church of the Brethren .

Missy Carter is our Director of Music. She collaboratively works with our organist and Pastor Connor to choose a wide array of music for our worship services. Missy is proud and honored to continue the legacy that her mother-in-law, Betty Lou Carter, started over 50 years ago with the Chancel Choir. Charlene Lester is our Organist. She plays both the piano and the organ. We at Peters Creek have been blessed by her willingness to play for us for 17 years. Charlene is married to Dickie Lester. They have one daughter and three grandsons. Her daughter and grandsons also share Charlene’s love of music and love for the Lord. Cathy Keith serves as our Office Administrator. Cathy has been a member of Peters Creek Church of the Brethren for over 20 years. She works diligently for the church and has served on several committees, including Vacation Bible School and Children’s Ministries. One of her great passions is singing.
